When you get a sunburn and the skin begins to peel a week later but isn't really ready to come off so that when you take a shower water collects in these little skin bladders so you try to squeeze the water out because you don't want like mildew or something but you can't get it to come out the way it went in so you end up having to tear a little hole in the dead skin sac. Gross
Its even worse when that water sack is filled with sweat. Thats gross.
