well iowa, oregon, lsu, and penn state all lost. us moving up isn't a reflection of us doing well, just other teams losing.
yeah, but lsu lost to bama, and we only won by a few points, so i didnt think we would move up much. and dont piss on our accomplishments! it doesnt matter if we dont deserve it! we've got it anyways!
We got the order form today for all the possible bowl games we could go to. Season ticket holders get first pick. Is anyone interested in buying tickets for the ACC Championship game? Or the Orange bowl, because apparently that's where we're headed if we win out. You put a deposit down for all of it, I think it's $8, then you only get charged for the tickets if we go. Cheapest tickets for the ACC Championship is $50. It's on Dec. 5th in Tampa. Let me know, I can reserve an unlimited amount.

the orange bowl is in miami, but it's on january 5th which i believe is in the middle of the 409 cruise. i might be interested in the ACCCG, i'll get back to you.

I'd be down for going to Tampa. plane tickets are around $200, which kind of sucks. I might fly to west palm and crash at my parents' house. It's a 3 1/2 hour drive from there, but that might be cheaper than finding a hotel room. plus it'd make my mom happy since i'm probably not going home for thanksgiving.

im going to the game, but the chances of me getting more than just my ticket are very slim. i think all the tickets are lottery style. student-athletes automatically "win" the lottery, so I know i'll have my ticket, and i'll try to buy one if they have single tickets for sale. but i really wouldn't count on me getting anything for anybody.

where are the $50 seats for the ACCCG? you can get tickets through ticketmaster for $50 as well, they have some that are near field level (Row G) but in the corner of the stadium. there are also $25 tickets, but those are upper level (and at that stadium, upper level is absurdly far from the field). i don't think we're in too much of a rush on it though, the ACC never comes close to selling out that game. i also want to wait to see if maybe my dad knows anyone with some spare tickets.

what about road tripping it for Tampa? it's about a 7 hour drive. we could leave saturday morning and be there mid-afternoon to tailgate, spend the night and come back sunday. that would put travel costs at about $100 split between however many people go rather than $200 or so each to fly.
