Currently bidding on a second Rock Band drum pedal, as far as i can tell it's the one from RB2 with the stronger metal parts.. ~10 hrs left on bidding, we'll see how this goes
dude, dont waste your money, buy a real pedal, tinker with it to get the pedal to hit downwards. then mount the magnet to the soft part of the beater, and then tak the base of the original pedal and mount it under where the new beater will hit. Pad both a little bit as to not crack the plastic and you can rock super hard and more accurately. ill try to find the website that told me how to do it cause i feel this makes no sense. The
i'm getting a second pedal so that we'll have double bass, not to replace the first one. so i'd have to rig up the hardware to make it output to the mono plug =[
it's to augment the other working rb2 bass pedal that we've got, if that was somehow unclear.. i guess specifying the "stronger metal parts" might have given the impression that we broke ours
ok well to augment the two plug to one, go to radio shack and get one of those old school head phone adaptors that goes one->two and that will work. its a standard 1/8inch audio jack. problem solved
